Utilizing solar energy to combat climate change

With the world’s average temperature being two degree Celsius higher than the normal temperature this summer, it is very essential for us to understand how the sun can be the best friend we need in this time when we are constantly talking about saving the earth and keep aside the troubles it’s causing us.

Photovoltaic conversion is no more a scientific term we learned in school. It has greater meaning now. At the same time when the sun is inhibiting our summer vibe by making it a little too hot outdoors, it could help us essentially with the development we have been seeking individually in each country as well as globally, without compromising other resources that we have exploited anyway profoundly.

For example, if the solar panels were not placed at a location to align with the sun’s rays, it would lead to wastage of money also.  

There have been innovations such as Geothermal cooling too, which takes the help of the earth’s ambient temperature. But the main goal of solar products remains harnessing and making use of such vast energy that is going to waste even after so much intelligence we have developed through the years. 

However, the main emphasis should be in the direction of a sustainable environment.  We are aware of the technology but how it should be used needs to be talked about. If we are currently not in a situation to work towards it, the least we can do is spread awareness. Solar products will help us save our own money and take us away from all the problems due to environmental factors such as the burning of fossil fuels and pollution.
